Your fitness journey is personal. That’s why we start every new personal training relationship with a complimentary 1-on-1 consultation. It gives you the opportunity to meet with one of our certified personal trainers and talk through your:

What is a Movement Screen?

After the initial conversation, we guide you through a short movement screen. Don’t worry—this isn’t a workout! Instead, it’s a functional assessment that helps our trainers:

  • Identify movement patterns and postural imbalances

  • Spot any areas of tightness or instability

  • Customize a safe, effective training plan around your body’s needs

This step is especially helpful for clients returning from injury or managing chronic pain, and it’s a big part of what sets our personal training program apart in neighborhoods like Cleveland Circle, Brookline Village, and beyond.


What Happens Next?

Once we’ve completed your consultation and screen, you’ll receive a personalized recommendation for next steps. That could include:

  • 1-on-1 personal training

  • Partner or small group training
