During your consultation, your trainer will perform a basic fitness evaluation while creating personalized training objectives for you. While not a requirement after consultation, booking Jumpstart sessions with your trainer is a great option for continued results. You’ll receive 30% off our regular training rates with 4 45-minute sessions. During subsequent sessions, you and your trainer will build a program to get you off on the right foot.
