ABOUT our north station GYM
Located directly across from TD Garden and just steps from North Station, this club has been a downtown Boston training hub since 1991. Spanning two floors, the main level features a full lineup of modern cardio equipment, a complete free-weight area, and selectorized strength machines to support every style of training. With four squat racks, dedicated lifting platforms, and plenty of room to move, it’s a powerlifter-friendly space built for serious strength work as well as everyday fitness.
Upstairs is home to Combat Sports Boston, one of New England’s premier martial arts and striking programs. Members can train in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, grappling, boxing, Muay Thai, and conditioning under experienced, professional coaches in a structured, welcoming environment. Whether you’re building confidence, improving conditioning, or refining technique, it’s an incredible complement to traditional strength and cardio training.
Beginners are always welcome, and many members combine gym workouts with combat classes for a well-rounded routine.
