How Do I Get a Membership at the Gym?

What Are Your Monthly Membership Rates?

We offer a few membership options depending on location and current promotions. For the most up-to-date monthly rates and available offers, please visit our Join Now page online. Do You Offer a Money-Back Guarantee?

Yes. We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on new memberships. If you decide within the first 15 days that the gym isn’t the right fit, just let us know, and we’ll cancel your membership and refund your initial payment. It’s our way of giving you the chance to try the club risk-free.

When am I Billed for my Gym Membership?

Membership dues are billed on the 1st of each month. If you join mid-month, your first payment will be prorated for the remainder of that month, and then your regular monthly billing will begin on the 1st moving forward.

What’s the Difference Between a Paid-in-Full (PIF) Membership and a Monthly Membership?

Our monthly membership is billed on the 1st of each month and continues on an ongoing basis until cancelled. Our Paid-in-Full (PIF) option is a one-time payment for a set period of time and does not require an ongoing monthly billing commitment. PIF memberships typically cost more overall because they offer the convenience of paying upfront and the freedom from a recurring monthly agreement. What’s Included With My Gym Membership?

Membership includes access to all Beacon Hill Athletic Clubs locations except the Beacon Hill location, which requires a membership specifically for that club. You’ll also receive a complimentary personal training consultation and movement screen to help you get started with a plan. Members have access to group exercise classes (where offered), along with our recovery spaces, including stretching areas and steam or sauna amenities, depending on location.

How Do I Freeze or Cancel My Membership?

To freeze or cancel your membership, please visit myiclubonline.com and create an account using your membership agreement number. Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to manage all aspects of your membership online, including submitting freeze or cancellation requests. If you need help locating your agreement number, our front desk team is happy to assist you.

How Do I Access Previous Invoices for Health Insurance Reimbursement?

You can download past invoices and billing statements directly through your account at myiclubonline.com. Simply log in (or create an account using your membership agreement number), and you’ll have access to your payment history and invoices for reimbursement purposes. If you need assistance setting up your account, our front desk team is happy to help.

Do You Offer Guest Passes?

Yes. If your guest has a local ID, their first visit is complimentary. For guests visiting from out of state, we offer a discounted day rate. All guests must present a valid photo ID and check in at the front desk upon arrival.

Do You Offer Membership Discounts?

Most locations offer discounted monthly memberships for students, military, and select corporate partners based on local relationships. Availability can vary by location, so we recommend stopping by the front desk or visiting our Join Now page to see current discounts and confirm eligibility.
