Looking for a structured plan you can follow anywhere—without guesswork? We just launched two 12-week online programs designed by our coaching team to help you build strength, confidence, and consistency: Built Strong: Beginner Blueprint and Built Stronger: The Advanced Strength Blueprint.

What’s new (and why it matters)

Both programs deliver a clear, week-by-week roadmap you can follow at home or in the gym—no endless scrolling for “what to do today.” Each plan runs 12 weeks and includes exercise video links so you can check form and progress safely as you go.

  • Built Strong (Beginner): Perfect if you’re new to lifting or coming back after time off. You’ll train 3 days/week using an Upper / Lower / Full-Body split with simple, scalable movements and RPE-based progression.

  • Built Stronger (Advanced): For intermediate to advanced lifters who want a smart progression of Upper / Lower / Full-Body days, plus accessories, core work, and optional conditioning finishers.

Who each online workout plan is for

  • Beginner Blueprint – You want fundamentals, great habits, and techniques you can trust. Expect steady gains in base strength, coordination, and conditioning—without being overwhelmed.

  • Advanced Blueprint – You already lift and want a structured cycle that bumps volume and intensity over three 4-week phases, with targeted accessories and core for balanced development.

How the training works

  • 12 weeks, 3 phases (4 weeks each) so you’re not repeating the same week forever.

  • Progression you can feel: when it gets easier (RPE < 6), add reps or weight—simple, safe, effective.

  • Balanced total-body approach: lower body, upper body, core, and conditioning come together for strength you can use.
